Made for your order

Our products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days; carrier transit time is additional and varies by product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Available shipping destinations and charges appear at checkout before payment.

Items may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking information. Please check your delivery address and chosen size carefully before placing an order.

If something arrives wrong

Contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery if an item is damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for a confirmed error. Do not return an item without our instructions.

Returns & cancellations

Because products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes or colors, except where required by law. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or change; once production begins, it may not be possible.

For a missing package, contact us promptly and no later than 30 days after its estimated delivery date. Additional shipping charges may apply when an incorrect address or unclaimed package requires reshipping; we will confirm that cost first. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your applicable consumer rights are not limited by these policies.

Signature T-Shirt

A white Bella + Canvas 3001 in 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, with a regular unisex fit and sizes XS–5XL. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering; sizes can differ between styles.

Wash inside out on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent. Skip fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry low; keep an iron off the printed areas and do not dry clean.

Read each flag’s dimensions, mounting details, materials and intended use on its product page. Flagpoles and mounting hardware are not included unless expressly listed.

Product pages show product mockups and available options. Collection imagery also includes design concepts. Screen colors and finished dimensions may vary within the tolerances described on the product page.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed.

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, contact us. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Rights and available choices depend on applicable law.
